  • Sectors covered –Financial services and insurance, retail, eCommerce and eServices, gaming, transportation and logistics, travel and hospitality and healthcare
  • 253 decision makers with responsibility for digital customer experience and/or data • As well as 1,503 consumers who had recently purchased products/services online
