This workshop will help data leaders and their teams understand how the briefing process can play a key role in the shift from service provider to business advisor. It will help you apply practical planning frameworks in brainstorms and briefing meetings to improve the quality of briefs. After the course you will be able to use these skills to engage at a deeper level with your stakeholders by co-creating briefs that will dramatically improve the effectiveness of your project work.

Please be aware there are only limited places available on a first come, first served basis with a maximum of 3 participants from each member company permitted at each session.
If cancelling once confirmed you must give at least 24 hours notice prior to the event in order for the credit use to be released. If any of the online materials have been accessed however, credit use will still apply. This course can also act as a refresher for anyone who may have previously attended this topic, all rules above would still apply.
