He joined REaD Group in 2014, as part of the company’s exponential growth. Working with a highly experienced team Jon is responsible for the strategic direction and day to day management of the business.

Andy Cotgreave

Andy Cotgreave is a visual analytics expert who has been with Tableau in various roles since 2011 ranging from product consultant to social content manager. He is now Tableau's Technical Evangelism Director.

Prior to Tableau he was a data analyst at the University of Oxford. As a technical evangelist Andy helps people see and understand their data using Tableau’s innovative products. He shares his passion for visual analysis and technology with his writing, (eg Computerworld, on tableau.com and his own blog), speaking at industry conferences like SXSW and Tableau’s own events.

J studied Business Studies at the University of Derby and started to put his knowledge and expertise to good use immediately in technology companies, becoming CEO of TripleArc Plc by 2002. In 2008 TripleArc Plc was acquired by Office2Office Plc. J remained with the AccessPlus division delivering business critical services and later as Managed Services Development Director delivering the cross selling opportunities across the sectors of the group. 


In 2010 J moved to The GIG at DST, a leading Customer Engagement Agency in the UK and USA, as CEO. He was responsible for delivering competitive advantage to their clients, and their businesses, via timely, relevant and effective marketing communications; by harnessing knowledge of Big Data, cutting edge analytics and the latest technologies.Since 2015 J has founded BigDataHound, co-founded Revolve24, and become CEO of MyLife Digital subsidiary Wood for Trees Ltd which focuses on analytics in the charity sector. J brings his extensive knowledge and experience as the MyLife Digital Group CCO.

Rob’s expertise is connecting the worlds of business and creativity. At SQUAD, he helps clients develop strategies and plans for using brand, marketing, innovation, culture and experience to achieve their goals. Aided by his early interest in design, he then works with creatives from all spheres to turn thinking into reality. 

Prior to co-founding Squad, Rob was a lead strategist at TBWA, one of the world’s top advertising agencies. Working with global brands such as Schwans, Henkel and Brother, as well as winning two IPA Awards before the age of 25. In 2007 Rob left TBWA and spent time consulting for brands such as Royal Mail, Sage and Asda, before co-founding Squad with David.

David became the UK chief data officer at Banco Santander in 2014. His CDO team focuses on understanding and managing data with the aim of making it exploitable by the organisation. Working in the school of data operations, he has been implementing and controlling data migration activity as Santander integrated Abbey, Bradford & Bingley and Alliance & Leicester.

He first came into Santander as settlements and controls manager and later became head of data quality and structural systems. He was a financial analyst at Abbey for three years and prior to that budget manager at UUNET.

Howard Ormesher

Since 2008, Howard has worked at IM Group, an independent motor vehicle importer representing Subaru, Isuzu and Great Wall Motors in the UK and Nordic region.

He is responsible for setting and delivering the CRM agenda across all the automotive franchises, including a daily-refreshed single customer view and prospect database synchronised with cloud-based eCRM. These data assets are used to drive territory planning, case management, direct marketing, email marketing, analysis and insight, as well as the in-house call centre handling enquiries and outbound campaigns.
