DataIQ Events Health and Safety

 

At DataIQ, we are looking forward to the return of in-person events, starting with our DataIQ 100 conference and lunch on 14th September, followed by our DataIQ Awards gala night on 30th September.

 

To make these events happen, we need to assure the safety of our delegates and guests, which is why we have been working closely with our venue, catering and logistics partners to mitigate risks as much as possible. Alongside these measures, we also have expectations for how our audience engages with these events.

 

If you are attending one of our industry-defining events, please read our Covid-19 policy and requirements below:

 

To attend our in-person events you will need to:

• Have had both vaccines and bring proof of status and/or;
• Conduct a lateral flow test 48 hours before the event (You can order FREE lateral Flow tests here or get them for free from your local pharmacy. You need to register your results on the GOV.UK website and they will send you a text and an email that you need to bring with you and show when you arrive.)
• We are not checking temperatures on entry to DataIQ events. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please follow Government guidance and stay home and self-isolate.

 

In partnership with our venue hosts we will also be:

• Offering a wrist band system. Red means no contact; yellow indicates an elbow bump is okay; green means you’re comfortable with all forms of contact
• Venue staff will be conducting lateral flow tests twice a week in build-up to the event
• Venue staff will be wearing face coverings on site

 

Our venues will be providing:

• Table service for food and drinks
• Hand sanitisation stations
