As the quantity of data grows and its accessibility increases exponentially, so does its role in driving organisational strategy and growth. This trend has been accelerated by the pandemic and we are now in the midst of a digital revolution. Decision-makers who can understand what is really going on in their organisation and the trends that drive it have an unparalleled competitive advantage.

Our findings underscore the financial and strategic risks associated with poor data literacy and highlight the urgent need for tangible solutions. This wasted time adds up, with 8.5% of annual revenue typically lost to the data and digital skills gaps.
