Jeremy Pee, Data and digital director, Marks & Spencer

Path to power

 

Pee joined M&S in December 2018 with a mission to accelerate its digital transformation. He brings a depth of experience that covers start-ups and scale-ups through to working in a Fortune 150 organisation. For the last six years, he has been senior VP of Loblaw Digital, the digital agency of Canada’s leading retailer with a range of e-commerce brands, including online grocery PC express, JoeFresh.com and others. He previously worked at Staples in the US, where he launched a $150 million customer loyalty programme. Pee started his career as a Deloitte consultant, following a BASc in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a MBA from Harvard Business School.
