Hayley is a longstanding member of the CRUK insights team, having joined in 2005. During that time, the charity has continued to refine and expand its fundraising activities, drawing on supporter and donor data to help identify opportunities for uplift. One of its biggest fundraising activities is the annual Race for Life which has drawn over 6 million participants. Prior to joining, the worked for six years as a marketing analyst for Which?, analysing all aspects of its direct marketing activity online and offline. She holds a degree in Statistics from the University of Brighton.
