Data IQ NOW! - A Powerful New Format
Combines the benefits of a Conference delivering up to date high quality content and great networking opportunities with those of a compact Exhibition enabling delegates to meet a select range of leading Service Providers in a relaxed environment.

An exhilarating single day comprising three parallel streams( a fourth stream might be added to cover B2B interests), enabling delegates to mix and match to suit their interests and needs.

Target Audience

The target audience will be 300.

Delegates will be marketing, IT, legal and data practitioners who work closely with, and realise that data is crucial to the success of their organisation.   They will be focused on solving current challenges and addressing key opportunities to use their data to drive business growth.

Diamond and Gold Sponsors will enjoy prominent promotion and involvement with all aspects of the Conference including pre and post event marketing, Silver Sponsors will enjoy considerable exposure too.   The event will be heavily promoted from March 2012:

  • In the Data IQ Journal edited by David Reed and published in March and May 2012 to over 6,000 readers.  The Diamond Sponsor will receive a page of advertising in both editions worth £6,000 plus VAT.   The Gold Sponsors will enjoy a page of advertising worth £3,000 plus VAT.  Both sponsor types will enjoy prominent coverage in the pre and post features on the Data IQ NOW! ConfEx too.
  • By multiple targeted solus direct mail and e-mail marketing campaigns to over 10,000 relevant business, marketing and IT professionals.   The Sponsors will receive logo positioning on all the promotional materials both on and offline. There will be an extensive mail campaign to selected Data IQ and IDM house list names, external prospect lists and the IDM Council lists. In addition the campaign is promoted to Data IQ Journal readers.
  • By the IDM with multiple campaigns to members prior and to delegates on its courses including the highly successful Award in Data Management.
  • Through our Media Partners to be confirmed but likely to include the DMA.
  • With a compelling Data IQ NOW! PR announcement.  Subject to agreement this will be filmed to drive coverage from online community news bulletins.
  • DQM Group, the IDM and our Media Partners will be embarking on a social media campaign and will position Sponsors as key influencers within the campaign, working closely with the Sponsor to generate pre and post event related content for lead generation purposes.
  • At the event Sponsors will receive associate logo positioning within event signage as well as a stand area within the delegate exhibition, relaxation and refreshment area which will run alongside the Conference.   We will provide the stand, table and chairs you just need to provide a graphic and bring marketing material.
  • Sponsors will receive a free page of advertising within the delegate pack.
  • A senior representative from the Sponsor will be invited to the post-event dinner with representatives of the DQM Data IQ Club and the IDM’s Data Council and conference speakers.
  • Post-event, the IDM contacts all delegates with links to a dedicated webpage where video footage can be accessed. Sponsors will be encouraged to offer content for download to maximise lead generation.
  • Sponsors if on board at an early stage can be involved in shaping the content of the conference with David Reed, Data IQ Editor, and most will enjoy a speaking slot for a customer case study or run one of the sessions.

All sponsors receive substantial allocations (between 10 and 30) of delegate places for customers and key prospects who they can invite as VIP’s. NB Extra tickets can be purchased for staff at 50% of the ticket price.
